At KAVU, we want to ensure your gear is ready for your next adventure; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Generate and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system, then securely pack your items in their original packaging with tags attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the prepaid label is clearly visible on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
