How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

How do I clean my KAVU Rope Bag?

To maintain the integrity of the fabric and hardware, we recommend spot cleaning with cold water and mild soap. Air dry only; do not put your bag in the dryer.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout.

Are your products covered by a warranty?
